Chatocracy is a website that allows people to have one to one conversations on the webcam. After each conversation you can rate the person you have been talking to ; the better ranking you get, the more people you can talk to.My brother and me have been working on this website for the last few weeks. It is still beta so if you encounter problems please report it.
